[Identified] Following an incident affecting our infrastructure, it is possible that, randomly, some users may be unable to launch their ShadowPC; the launcher then returns to home page and indicates ‘Shadow is off’. A patch is gradually being deployed to correct this problem. While waiting for this deployment to be fully effective, we invite the concerned users to wait a few minutes and then try to relaunch their ShadowPC.

[Identified] Patch is still being deployed on our infrastructure. We hope to finish this by the end of the week. We updated the datacenters on this status page to "Operational" where the deployment is over.

Description

Users may encounter some waiting time during the maintenance window. Our infrastructure provider will proceed to some electric maintenance on the racks hosting our servers. To prevent any accident, we'll need to power off those servers, thus reducing the number of available slots for starting your Shadow.

[Update] Scheduled maintenance is starting.

Description

The goal of this maintenance is to improve Geolocation system reliability. Geoloc won't be available between the 19/11 at 9:30AM and the 20/11 at 3PM. Shadow VMs that won't be restarted between the 19/11 at 9:30AM and the 20/11 at 10AM will lose Internet access at 10AM on the 20/11. To get Internet access before 3PM on the 20/11, the Shadow will have to be shutdown and restarted.

[Update] VM with geolocation that have not been stopped since yesterday 10AM are going to lose Internet access. Just stop/start your VM to get Internet access back (with a french IP)

[Update] Geolocation service is back on FRSBG01. For Geolocated VM currently using french IP to access Internet, you just have to shutdown your Shadow and start it back to get back your foreign IP.
