[Investigating] We are seeing report from users that they are getting disconnected from their Shadow PC then seeing a "Shadow is off" message on the launcher. In addition, our monitoring raised an alert on the increase number of R-116 error. If you encounter those behaviors, please send your logs from the launcher and open a support ticket with this code, it'll help the devs investigate more deeply this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
