[Investigating] Microsoft recently released a Windows update that may cause problems (BSOD) when switching from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This concern only applies to Shadow PCs equipped with an AMD Epyc processor or an Nvidia RTX2000ADA graphics card (meaning mostly "Neo", "Power" and "Advanced" offers). If you are using one of these offers, please do not upgrade to Windows 11 at this time (if you have already upgraded to Windows 11, you are not affected). We are actively working on this issue, and will keep you informed as soon as a solution becomes available.

[Identified] We've identified an issue with one of our storage server, preventing 300+ users to access their Shadow PC. Impacted users will see a G-468 error code when connecting to their Launcher. Team is working to enable the service back for those users. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident.
